Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, more friends than former teammates.

They go back to their New England Patriots day, and even shared the field with the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay last year.

It’s not uncommon to see them chatting from Gridiron, as they did in a video recently posted by Quarterback.

They got together to play some baseball.

Brady has been seen swinging some batting practice on a baseball field, including the Grunk Shagging Fly Ball on the outfield.

There was no shot to catch the ball Brady’s first bat at the tight end, a screaming liner in the middle of the field, but caught the second fly out shown in the video and did it with style.

Fox Sports MLB tweeted, “Tom Brady got some hacks, with grunk shagging on the outfield.”

Brady had a future in baseball, but chose to play football

As you probably know, Brady played some baseball in high school and was drafted in the 18th round by the Montreal Expos.

He could have gone even higher, but his future was in football, and he knew it.

Kevin Malone, general manager of Expos at the time, praised Brady’s potential in the catcher position.

He finished as a passer … in football: one of the best of all time, though not the best.

Brady has already announced that he will return to Buchanan for at least another year.

Gronk, however, was still undecided ten days ago, when the last update on the issue was released.

Will we see the historic quarterback-tight last tandem at least once more on an NFL field?

We should not look so far into the future.
