The Golden State Warriors were certainly favorites to snatch a Game 1 win against the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Final.
However, there was always a chance that the Mavs might surprise – again – and beat the higher seed and start the series with a push.
If the Warriors want to win, they will need a full list to bring warmth.
That’s exactly what happened.

In the end, Golden State outscored the Mavericks with a big 112-87 victory.
The win came because multiple players picked up huge points.
Clay Thompson had 15 points and Jordan Poole had 19 points.
Meanwhile, Andrew Wiggins made 19 points and Steve Curry made 21 points.
After all, it was proof that the Warriors had one of the best lineups in the league and that they could really be on the way to another final.
A short series?
After such a commanding opening game, some people are now wondering if the Warriors are up for a short series against the Mavs.
But those people may be jumping with guns.
Remember, fans claimed that Warriors Memphis Grizzlies would do small things too.
This did not happen in the end – and the Warriors suffered heavy losses along the way.
Dallas has consistently surprised analysts and fans all season.
Their latest big strategy was to bring down the best team in the league, the Phoenix Suns.
Never count this team even if it starts badly in the Western Conference finals.
Still, there is no denying that the Warriors are playing terribly accurately when it comes to calculations.
After months of ups and downs and multiple absences plaguing the team, the Warriors are finally complete and healthy.
Game 1 could be just a taste of what’s upcoming.
