Wide receiver AJ Brown has agreed to trade with the Tennessee Titans Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles then offered him a four-year, $ 100 million contract.

In return, the Titans became Philadelphia’s 18th and 101st overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Tennessee then used the 18th pick to get the Arkansas Wideout Trail Burkes.

He was the sixth wide receiver selected in the first round, signaling a deep talent pool in this position.

He was preceded in death by Drake London, Garrett Wilson, Chris Olav, Jameson Williams and John Dotson.

At the time, he was the best player on the board in the 2021 First-Team All-SEC Wideout Wide Receiver.

Burks had a breakout season with Razorback in his final year, finishing 1,104 yards and 11 touchdowns at 66 receptions.

He added a quick touchdown to the ground and 112 yards.

The 6-foot-2 wide receiver had a powerful scouting combine after running a 40-yard dash in 4.55 seconds and releasing a 35-inch vertical jump.

Therefore, drafting him was a no-brainer for the Titans and for that reason both parties have already agreed to an agreement.

ESPN’s Field Yates tweeted, “The Titans and first-round WR Traillon Barks have agreed to a fifth-year team option in their 4-year, $ 14,369,590 fully guaranteed contract.”

Break of Rookie contract with Barks

Part of the Barclays deal includes a $ 7.6 million ratio bonus and a $ 862,500 roster bonus.

Barks will receive a base salary of $ 705,000 in 2022 and $ 939,413 in 2023.

These figures will go up to $ 1.5 million in 2024 and $ 2.6 million in 2025.

The Titans also have a fifth-year Barclays option since he was drafted in the first round.

As a replacement for Brown, Barks will have a big shoe.

However, he will not be the only option in the passing game as the Titans also have Nick Westbrook-Eikhain and Robert Woods.

Nevertheless, former offensive player of the year Derrick Henry will dominate the snaps of crime, especially now that he is back in full force.
