The last few years have not been easy for fans of the Philadelphia 76ers.
Repeatedly, the party promises great things for passionate fanatics who constantly route them.
And again and again, the team has shrunk and lowered their fan base.
This year was even more painful than the previous year because things seemed to be going very well for the team.
Joel MBD was in good form, Doc Rivers made a spin that won the games, and the team removed Ben Simmons for James Harden.
Still, here we are, with the 76ers out again before playing in the Eastern Conference finals.
No good fan base.

The team celebrated its fans on Monday, calling them “the most enthusiastic fans in the NBA” and saying “there is no better fan base than this.”
This may be true but if the situation is not good then the fan base may leave this team soon.
Promises and pain
Philadelphia fans have been told they have to “trust the process” for almost a decade now.
After many draft picks, trades, and false beginnings, the 76ers are finally looking like champions this year.
Embiid has perfected his game and taken things a notch.
And the Harden trade simply sweetens the pot and promises to make them a bigger offensive threat.
However, with MBD injured, the team fell apart without him and Harden became a play-off non-issue again.
Even when Embed returned, there was damage and the team never came back against the heat.
Despite all the promises and all the possibilities, Philly is still left out.
It’s an old story like the time for fans, who were out of patience.
