The MLB universe, supporters, coaches, analysts and fellow players, were shocked when Aaron Judge rejected a $ 213 million contract extension from the New York Yankees just before the start of the season.

But the judge thinks he is more valuable, and has the right to pursue more.

He is betting on a strong 2022 and can make as much money as possible after the season as a free agent.

It is fair to say that his personal bet is paying off nicely.

After Tuesday’s two-homer performance, the judge led MLB with 14 long balls and is determined to follow at least his personal best.

He hit 52 homers in 2017, when he was a Rocky, and has not been able to reach that total since.

If he can avoid a major injury, we will see a record-breaking performance from the judge.

An MLB analyst made a colorful comparison between the judge and a fellow New York star.

He said, “If Lindor is worth 341 million, the judge is worth about 900 million.”

The judge confirmed that he would receive a salary

This was a ridiculous comparison, but if we remove the actual numbers (MLB is probably not ready to hand over the $ 900 million contract), it is somewhat accurate.

No one says Linder is a bad ball player: he’s really, really good, with elite defense and a strong bat, not to mention sky-high instincts and baseball IQ.

But the judges are on another level.

He is currently slashing .315 / .384 / .692 with 14 round-trippers, 30 runs, and 30 RBIs, with strong defenses on the right and center when he has been called up to both positions.

He is currently playing a 1.076 OPS game, which would be a career-high.

He won’t get $ 900 million, but বাইরে 300 isn’t out of the question.

He has a game-changing talent and he will be paid.
