Sixty percent of the way to the USFL reboot season, the New Orleans Breakers hold the league’s third-best record (4-2), and have been led by a former Minnesota Vikings.
That The Vikings’ Kyle Slater Precision fameThat guy was with the Vikings twice 2017-2018 and 2021.

Sloter, 28, is also a frontrunner for winning the USFL MVP award. Through six games – in the playoff position with his team – he leads the league in the passing yard (1,317) and fourth in the passing touchdown (6). Another former Viking, Case Cuccas, is making a dent in the USFL for the Philadelphia Stars, though not quite at the speed of a slutter.
Undeterred from the University of Northern Colorado, Slaughter found her way to the Denver Broncos in 2017. In Denver, Slater was outstanding in the preseason but was eventually cut off before the start of the 2017 regular season. After that, Slaughter joined the Vikings, having been on the roster for two years. To date, Sloater has never dropped a regular season pass – in six NFL seasons – but fans have insisted he was misunderstood. As a pre-season participant, Slater owns an 11-Touchdown to One Interception Split, gaining a place in the Vikings lore, seemingly forever.
However, the NFL coaching staff did not agree with the Vikings fans. The Slaughter League zigzags after leaving the Vikings by auditioning with the Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears and Las Vegas Riders. Again, like what happened with the Broncos and Vikings, he never got caught in the regular season.

Fortunately for him, Slaughter is royal in the USFL. Its passing-yard lead over all other QBs is huge. With the exception of the unexpected regression, its breakers will be the USFL’s post-season tournament. And shows the slotter part as QB1.
The next step for Sloter and others is to determine if USFL enrichment translates into NFL re-audition. Honestly, there is probably a place for Slaughter Somewhere NFL as a QB2.
The Breakers will face the lower Michigan Panthers (1-5) on FS1 this Saturday.
The USFL playoff is scheduled for the end of June, and the USFL Championship will take place on July 3. According to Odsmakers, Slaughter Breakers are the third most likely team to win the championship (+320).
